Registration for WPNSW Summer Comp- 2023/24

We know you want to get straight to it, but please carefully read the information below as there are some key updates occurring this season

Fees

The Club is acutely aware that the rising cost of living is impacting our community.

Because of this, we have always endeavoured to keep our fees as low as possible, while still providing value for money.

Although the club is facing significantly higher costs (including team entry & affiliation fees), we are pleased to announce that CSWPC fees will increase below CPI this year.

We have also been able to negotiate extremely favourable pricing for mandatory uniform items for members. These will be built into member fees this year ensuring members can capitalise on the cheapest prices and have uniform in time for the season.

All fees are required to be paid at the time of registration and do not include pool entry for games or training.

Payment Plans & Financial Hardship

This year, payment plans are available to members wishing to pay their registration fees over two instalments.

To sign up for a Payment Plan, simply select the Payment Plan option when registering. You will be required to pay an amount at the time of registering to cover your Water Polo NSW and Water Polo Australia affiliation costs, as well as a portion of the CSWPC registration fee.

The balance of the payment plan, including a $30 administration fee will be invoiced on 16/11/2023 and due on 30/11/2023.

If you require support with regards to fees, please contact the club and we will do our best to accomodate.

Deposits

Members who have paid the $250 deposit will have been issued with a discount code via email to be used at the time of registration. Please ensure you use the correct code when registering to claim the $250 discount. If you have any issues applying your discount code, please email the club - info@cronullawaterpolo.com.au

Active Kids Vouchers

Active Kids Vouchers can be claimed at the point of registration by entering your AKV number into the field provided. If you have any issues, please email the club for assistance.

Supporter / Official	Managers, Parents, Friends, Family and Supporters. Support our club and stay up to date with all the latest news and events.

If you are not sure which registration category you fit into, please reach out to your coach or manager.

Team Selections

Team allocations will be completed by coaches based on final registration numbers prior to the competition start date.

Coaches are entitled and supported to rotate players between A & B teams or across Grades per WPNSW competition rules.

If CSWPC has not received enough player registrations for a particular division by the close of registrations, no team will be entered in that competition and players will be refunded their paid fees.
