I acknowledge that by attending this event I will be bound by the Water Polo Australia and Cronulla Sutherland Water Polo Club codes of conduct. I am either a financial member of Water Polo Australia or I have my own insurance.

Team entries are intended for regional water polo clubs, and other official or affiliated clubs on the approval and invitation of Cronulla Sutherland Water Polo Club.

Teams entered not in the interest of the competition may be declined entry by the Club.
