Awards and Recognition Nominations

The purpose of this nomination form is to recognise outstanding efforts and achievements within the Cronulla-Sutherland Water Polo community.

Nominations can be for (internal) CSWPC Perpetual Awards or external awards nominated to state or national bodies.

All nominations must align with the criteria of each award category, and the values of CSWPC: Integrity, Excellence and Belonging.
