Post the club's member briefing on 14 May 2026, we're on a mission to increase engagement, contribution, and succession pathways at the club.

We're not looking for ideas - we're looking for Commitments.

Identify 4-6 priority areas - What will have the most impact on themes discussed in the member briefing?
Form working groups - People with relevant skills, time, and genuine commitment to follow through
Clear action plans with deliverables - Actual tasks, actual owners, actual timelines. Not vision statements
Committee review & approval - Governance role, feasibility, resourcing, alignment with constitution
Accountability - To the committee, to each other, and to the room.
